How to opt out
1. Use the form below
The form at the bottom of this page opts out the browser on the device you are currently using. If you also enter your email address, we will opt out the account associated with it. This is the fastest method and takes effect immediately.
2. Turn on Global Privacy Control
If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal enabled, we will treat it as a request to opt out for the device and browser you used. GPC is available as a setting in some browsers and as a browser extension.
3. Email us
You can also opt out, or make any other privacy request, by emailing maux@mauxcocktails.com. Use this route if you want to opt out across all of your devices at once, if you are making a request on behalf of someone else, or if the form below does not work for you.
To help us find your records and respond accurately, please include your full name, the email address or addresses you have used with us, the U.S. state you live in, and what you are asking for.
We may need to verify your identity before we can act on a request. We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time, we will tell you why and how much longer we expect to take. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
What opting out does and does not do
Opting out stops us sharing your personal information with advertising partners for targeted advertising. It does not stop us processing your information for the things you have asked us to do — fulfilling your order, printing your custom labels, arranging delivery, verifying your age, or answering your questions. It also does not mean you will stop seeing ads; the ads you see may simply be less relevant to you.
The browser opt-out is stored on the device and browser you used. If you clear your cookies, use a different browser, or use a different device, you may need to opt out again on that device — or email us so we can apply it to your account across all of them.
