Notes from the Distiller
The goal was never to create another overly sweet coffee cocktail. I wanted an Espresso Martini that showcased real coffee character while remaining exceptionally smooth and balanced. We began with responsibly sourced coffee beans, extracting rich espresso notes before rounding the palate with a lightly caramelised Mara sugar syrup that adds depth without overwhelming the coffee.
The result is a cocktail that's bold, silky and complex — delivering layers of roasted coffee, dark chocolate and subtle caramel with a clean finish that invites another sip.
