Notes from the Distiller
Rather than simply making another limoncello, we wanted to capture the experience of cutting into a perfectly ripe Mediterranean lemon. Every batch begins with hand-zested fresh lemon peels, allowing only the brightest essential oils to make their way into the spirit before balancing the natural citrus with pure cane sugar.
Crafted here on this side of the Atlantic, the result is vibrant, clean and intensely aromatic — delivering fresh lemon character without becoming heavy or cloying.
